Red Road's Faxology™ Service brings your fax communications into the 21st century.  No busy signals, email-to-fax as well as fax-to-email, automatic protected archives, fax broadcast, and we can even read your fax to you over the phone automatically.

 Never-Busy Fax: Your Red Road fax number can receive multiple faxes at the same time.  We manage our lines so there are never any busy signals.  Your faxes are stored on our secure server and then delivered to you as you choose.

Special Delivery: Receive your faxes by email as PDF documents, or as faxes sent to your fax machine, or both.  If you like, our service can even read the text of a fax to you over the phone, or send it as a plain-text email message.
Email to Fax: You can transmit any text or PDF document to a fax machine simply by emailing it to our server.

Manage and Archive: Your incoming faxes are stored on our server in a secure area protected by a password known only to you.  Using our web interface, you can locate faxes by date and time, the sender’s fax number, or the sender’s fax identifier.  Once you’ve located the documents you want, you can send them where you like: to yourself or anyone else as a PDF file via email, to your fax or any fax machine, or convert to plain text and store as a voice message.

Fax Dispatch: You can use one fax number to receive faxes for many people.  A clear label at the top of the fax identifies the recipient.  For example, a fax labeled “TO: JOAN” will be sent to Joan’s email, a fax labeled “TO: ACCOUNTING” will go to the Accounting Department email.
Fax Broadcast: Manage your list of recipients on line with our web-based manager.  When you have a fax to broadcast, send it to the specially-designated number for your service, and our multi-line fax server will send it to all your recipients automatically, without tying up your fax machine or your fingers!
