Never-Busy Fax: Your Red Road fax number can receive multiple faxes at the same time. We manage our lines so there are never any busy signals. Your faxes are stored on our secure server and then delivered to you as you choose.

Special Delivery: Receive your faxes by email as PDF documents, or as faxes sent to your fax machine. If you like, our service can even read the text of a fax to you over the phone, or send it as a plain-text email message.

Manage and Archive: Your incoming faxes are stored on our server in a secure area protected by a password known only to you. Using our web interface, you can locate faxes by date and time, the sender’s fax number, or the sender’s fax identifier. Once you’ve located the documents you want, you can send them where you like: to yourself or anyone else as a PDF file via email, to your fax or any fax machine, or convert to plain text and store as a voice message.

Reports: Receive regular reports or produce them yourself on demand. You can organize the reports by sender or by date and time. You can have your reports in Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents, CSV files, or plain text emails.
