"Twin” your cell phone and desk phone. Clients call your direct number and both phones ring. Take the call on either phone.
Freedom: Don’t be tied to your desk. Using the simple Red Road voice menu system, you can set any outside number you like, as often as you like, to be the “twinned” number. When your direct line is called, both your desk phone and the “twinned” phone ring at the same time. Whichever you answer first gets the call.
Privacy: No need to give out your cell number, or the number where you are taking calls. Callers dial your direct line and the Red Road system sends the call to your Mobile Extension and your desk phone.
Discretion: When a call arrives at your Mobile Extension, the Red Road system tells you the caller’s name and number. Don’t want to take the call? Just hang up! The caller will be forwarded to your Red Road voice mailbox without ever knowing you answered your cell phone.
Control: Once you take a call on your Mobile Extension, you’re still in control. You can transfer the call to any office extension, voice mail, or another outside number.
