Asterisk Multiparking Patch
This patch has been tested with 1.4.17 and 1.4.18. It offers the following:

- Corrected a couple of bugs in how calls are parked and unparked
- Provide a means for having completely separate parking lots for multiple hosted companies
- Preserves Asterisk's simple one-touch park as well as the Park() application
- Provides a simple means of unparking a call even if the user forgets the parked extension
- Calls parked from one context cannot be unparked from another one.
