That same amazing voice quality jumps out at you even with the "standard" quality model 430, 501 and 601 phones we tested. The 601 and 650 (same phone with High Definition sound and backlit display) can also accept up to 3 Expansion Modules. Each of these has 14 lighted buttons and a clear graphic display.

These phones have "smart" softkeys that change in function depending on what's going on. With clear labels and well-positioned keys the phone just tells you what your options are - very intuitive.

Thanks to the Red Road Telecom software, the lighted function keys on these phones can indicate any of several different events, such as new voice mail in the company-wide general mailbox, new email in your personal emailbox, night, day, or break mode for call handling, or another phone ringing or in use.

The labels on the phone and the expansion module are software controlled, so you can easily change which extensions or functions you want on your keypad and our software changes the labels for you. Graphic images next to the keys indicate "available", "busy", "message waiting", "in use", or other status depending on the function.

The 430 and 601 phones also have built-in XML browsers, making it possible to create custom interactive applications for your particular requirements.
