- We provide all the benefits of a big, expensive corporate phone system without the big, expensive corporate phone system. You can park and transfer calls, page, assign extensions to different locations or departments. Receptionists easily manage multiple calls with a visual display of name and number. Our Mobile Extension feature lets you use your cell phone as a "twin" to your desk phone. Speech-enabled company directory lets callers reach you by just saying your name. Our Call Center Agent service distributes calls evenly and lets callers know where they are in the queue. Our Multi-Location service is perfect for companies with some home workers, multiple offices, or short-term job sites.

- Pick up your email over the phone (our system reads it to you), or your voice messages by email. Receive faxes as PDF documents or as text sent to your PDA. We can even read you the text of a fax message. Scan and organize all of your messages by sender name or phone number or by date.
- Never-Busy Fax
- We receive your faxes on our multi-line server so there's never a busy signal. We can deliver them to your fax machine one at a time, or email them to you as PDF files, or both. You can access your faxes securely via the web and organize them like any other documents.
