Because our service is software based, we can make it do tricks. Do you have a particular requirement for your phone service, that you have not found here? We can probably do it for you.
And here's the great news: if you request a feature we think we can sell to other businesses, we're not going to charge you for implementing it. It's a win-win, right? You help us improve our service and we'll give you the improvement you're looking for.
Some ideas for ways to use our service:
Temporary service: set up temporary phones at construction sites, trade shows, anywhere you can get a DSL connection. (If you have another form of Internet access at the site, let us test it - it'll probably be fine.) These phones are extensions to your office system - you can include them in paging, call transfer and intercom calls, and assign direct numbers to them as well. They share the same voice mail, company directory, and agent service groups with your main office.
Traveling: use a free softphone on your laptop, and you can take your direct number or desk extension with you anywhere in the world where there's high-speed Internet.
Custom integration: we can pop up a screen on your PC for every incoming call, using the Caller ID to select the information to display. On the Aastra phones, we can even pop the information up on your phone!
