Voice Mail by Email: Can’t get to a phone, but you’re at a computer? Choppy cell phone coverage, but good WiFi access? No problem! Pick up your voice mail messages as sound files attached to your email.

Email by Phone: Waiting for an important email message, but not near a computer? No problem! Select “check your email” from the Red Road Telecom voice menu, or press the EMAIL button on your phone, and our system will read your email messages to you. You can choose only new messages, or select based on the sender, date, or subject. Your “EMAIL” button blinks when you have new email messages and stops when you’ve read them either by phone or through your email program.

Fax by Email: Receive all of your faxes as PDF files attached to your email. Easy to store, organize, print—save trees!

Fax by Phone: Away from your computer, and waiting for an important fax? We’re here for you! Red Road Telecom converts your incoming fax to plain text, and then reads it to you over the phone. Yes, we can send it to your Blackberry or iPod.

Coordination: New messages show in bold in your email and also make the message waiting light blink on your phone. Whether you listen to your messages via email or using your phone, the light stops blinking and the message is no longer in bold.

When you delete a voice message from your email, it's deleted from your voicemail too. And the other way around - using your phone, delete a message from your voicemail and it is simultaneously deleted from your email.
